August Restaurant & Lounge, nestled in the Address Fountain Views in Dubai, boasts a culinary journey through the heart of French Mediterranean cuisine. Since its grand opening in December 2022, the restaurant has established itself as one of the most spectacular dining destination.
Our recent visit was a feast for the senses, as we indulged in the exquisite French fine dining menu while taking in the stunning views of the iconic Burj Khalifa. The impeccable service provided by Ali elevated the experience to new heights.
Even though I’m French, I’ve always been hesitant to indulge in snails. However, my reservations were quickly dispelled after trying the escargots for the first time. Once accustomed to the texture, it was an absolute delight, complemented by perfectly toasted bread to savour the rich flavours.
The restaurant’s chic ambience is further enhanced by the magnificent art pieces adorning the walls, which are available for purchase. The floating trees light features, designed by the talented local artist Naji Ravi, are a sight to behold and add a touch of ethereal beauty to the already sophisticated atmosphere.
To top off the evening, the fantastic DJ provided an eclectic mix of music that had us grooving all night long.
